What is done in Denial?

Disagreement with Unhappiness

Creation of a halo of make belief happiness

And residing within.

Not the Sadness-

Sadness has address,

It is visible and has a landmark.

like a broken bone.

But Denial keeps receipts of Unhappiness.

Not like a wound, maybe like a heartbreak.

I deny the un-Love I receive

The Love I did not receive.

A subtle chaotic desire erases everything before the hyphen!

Denial has a robust unwanted optimism.

In my denial of an absent Home

I have a family.
