Stealing time day and night
From sleep and from food
Half hearted desires
Full hearted melancholy
I could not create
I could not imitate either.
Imitation of shadows need light
Creation of light needs shadow
Absent Present
Present Absent
The whole isn't a whole
Complete residing in in-completeness
I could create
If not the whole
At least a sense of the wholeness
